The story follows Rose Valentine, an extra who suddenly finds herself inside the game Guide of Arteon’s Savior. She possesses a rare ability to hide her guiding powers and has no desire to take responsibility as a guide or get physically close to someone she does not love. Her plan is simple: keep her powers concealed and quickly imprint on a strong esper when the chance appears.

Things change when she learns she is the only one who can guide Claude, a dangerous man destined to lose control because of a severe guiding allergy. Claude, known for breaking anyone who annoys him, becomes obsessively fixated on her once he realizes the truth.
